The people of God are those who make their every attempt to live a holy life because they fear God. The people of God are those who confess holiness cannot be fully achieved by themselves, so then they rely on perfect holiness in Jesus Christ. He who does not pursue holiness at all and does not feel guilt for conscience is not God’s people, even though he goes to the church. On the contrary, he who boasts of his holiness and does not rely on salvation in Christ is not God’s people, even though he goes to the church.
